To maintain our high quality in the delivery of our services, we have established the following terms and conditions:
APPOINTMENTS
- Appointments are subject to availability. Booking in advance is recommended.
- For last-minute requests or if no availability appears on Treatwell, you may contact us directly. Availability cannot be guaranteed. Appointments are only confirmed upon receipt of the official Treatwell confirmation email. Only if explicitly stated otherwise, a booking may be considered confirmed without it. Clients are responsible for ensuring their appointment details are correct.
- By booking an appointment you accept that you have read and analyzed our full list of preparations and terms & conditions. If you do not follow the guidance this may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, additional fees or full services booked being charged.
- You are responsible for arriving on time. Please send us an SMS or message through WA once you arrive at the lobby. If we don’t pick up immediately, we might still busy with a client. We appreciate your patience.
- If you arrive late to your sugaring session of 1 hour (or more), we can still attend you as much as we can in the time previously reserved. Take in consideration that regarding of not completing the services reserved, we are still going to charge full.
CANCELLATIONS AND LAST MINUTE CHANGES
- Should you need to cancel, request a change (i.e. changing areas) or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation or change within 48 hours will result in your pre-paid treatment or deposit being forfeited. If there's no prepayment, we will send a payment request that we hope to be completed as soon as possible for you to be attended by us again.
- Dulce Vida Sugaring reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to operational, organizational, or urgent circumstances. In any case, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date or time that works for both parties.
- People that bleed: wear a tampon or a cup for intime epilation. Nevertheless, if you don’t want to come on those days (because of pain threshold, intimacy, or any other motive), we recommend you schedule your appointment after your period ended.
GUARANTEE
- If you are not satisfied with the results, you have 2 working days to communicate it so we can review your case and offer you an space (cost-free). Clients need to consider our availability because previous appointment is still required.
CONFIDENTIALITY
- GDPR personal data.
- We maintain as confidential all the information provided by the client during the service.
- Any picture we collect, we get them with your previous consent and by informing you the nature of its usage. We store these images indefinitely for educational, informative, professional and advertising purposes. We protect your privacy at all times by never showing your identity (no name and face (except when the sugaring is provided in the face)). PRICES
- Prices are for each session and area of the body and was determined based on the amount of hair, time, material used, study and practice.
OTHERS
- We don't offer intimate services to men. Apologies for the inconveniences.
- In Dulce Vida Sugaring we do not discriminate based on any ground such as sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation.
- The sugarista reserves the right to end the session and charge for all the scheduled services if it’s perceived any inappropriate behavior.
